New York Liberty fire coach Chris DeMarco after 1 season

What the coverage says

The New York Liberty dismissed head coach Chris DeMarco following a single season that culminated in a postseason sweep by the Dream. While CBS Sports described the vacancy as "the WNBA's best job opening" and noted the franchise is searching for its third coach in three years, Yahoo Sports outlined potential successors for the role. The tenure, which began when DeMarco arrived from the Golden State Warriors in December, was characterized by Yahoo Sports as a tumultuous period involving defensive struggles and an episode referred to as "ResetGate."
