Brandon Aiyuk reporting to 49ers

What the coverage says

Wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk has hired Drew Rosenhaus as his new agent in an effort to return to the NFL. Aiyuk has not played a game since October 2024, when he suffered a knee injury, and he remains on the San Francisco 49ers' reserve list. While Yahoo Sports notes that the 49ers still control the player's rights and could reinstate him before the end of the year if he reports, Fox News details that the move comes after two full seasons away from football, voided guarantees, and an arrest warrant following a fractured relationship with the franchise.
