Vikings WR Jauan Jennings reportedly denies trade back to 49ers

What the coverage says

Minnesota and San Francisco agreed on the framework of a trade that would have sent receiver Jauan Jennings back to his former team, according to coverage from Yahoo Sports and CBS Sports. Yahoo Sports notes that the deal fell through after Minnesota added Odell Beckham Jr. to the practice squad. However, CBS Sports reports that the veteran pass-catcher himself declined the move to stay with the undefeated Vikings, turning down a reunion with Kyle Shanahan and Brock Purdy despite having recorded only four receptions this season. Yahoo Sports similarly indicates that the wideout nixed the transaction because he wanted to remain with his current club.
